Seasons Greetings to everyone – no doubt Footy is far from your mind at the moment, but for some of us the season never ends!! To keep you up to speed with what is happening
at our great club, here’s a few key points for your info:
Thanks – Rattray Family
Unfortunately season 2014 has been the last year with the TAFC for the Rattray Family. Pru and Dan, have provided a great deal of selfless service to the Stingers/Tigers for many years now. Pru has been recognised previously as a Volunteer of the Year and Dan has constantly helped out in a number of ways around the club as well. Eric has clearly been a leader around the club throughout his playing years and has provided a good role model for younger players. I’m sure you will all join me in wishing the Rattray family all the best in the future.
TAFC Committee – Season 2015.
On Sunday the 23rd of November our AGM yielded the following results for club positions:
President – Jeremy SHELDRICK
Vice President – Peter STOWER
Secretary – Nadine SHELDRICK
Treasurer – John WILSON
Senior Registrar – TBA
Junior Registrar – Kym DONOGHUE
Congratulations to all those above and good luck for the coming season.
Two other important roles in the club which are yet to be filled are the Canteen Coordinator and Uniform Coordinator. If you are in a position to take on any of these roles, please contact me on 0401971907. As for the uniform – much of the hard work has been done in ordering etc, so a good time to link in!!

Congratulations to our coaching staff and we wish you well in season 2015.
We still have a vacancy for an under 10’s coach at present. If you are interested in joining the
coaching staff please contact me and we can arrange any support to get you up to speed if required.
Our next general club meeting will be held on Monday the 19th of January, 7pm at 10 Waratah Street Newtown. This will be a very important meeting and everyone with any interest in the season ahead is encouraged to attend and have their say in the future of the TAFC.
